• All of CustomJewellery.com’s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. 
• If a mistake in product description or pricing occurs on our website, we reserve the right to correct it and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. 
• We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the courier. 
• Each product is priced individually as no two diamonds are alike. Pricing takes all the qualities of the stones and the cut into consideration. This ensures you are getting the best quality, at the best price.
