    1. What is the best way to clean my jewellery?
      Your jewellery should be professionally cleaned and polished at least once a year. At this time we can check the settings for wear and tear.

      How often should I have my jewellery appraised?
      It is recommended that you have your jewellery reappraised every two to three years. Jewellery values may increase over the years and reappraisal ensures you receive the current replacement value.

      What do you provide if I want to insure my jewellery?
      We provide you with a written detailed valuation and receipt for jewellery purchased. In the event of loss or theft, this record will assist in compiling an inventory of your jewellery.  We also specialize in insurance replacements if your jewellery is lost or stolen.

      I want to surprise my partner and propose but not sure which style of ring to buy.  What do you recommend?
      No worries.  Our Proposal Ring Guarantee allows you to return the ring within 45 days, in saleable condition, along with the appraisal report and we will credit the value of your purchase to another ring style, if needed.  We can find one that both of you will like.

      Are your diamonds conflict free?
      Diamonds are meant to be a gift of love, and we abhor the way in which some gems have been used to fund conflict. To stop this practice, governments, our industry and human rights groups created the Kimberley Process in 2002, which today ensures that over 99% of all rough diamonds come from sources free from conflict. We require all our suppliers to provide an official written warranty that their diamonds come from Kimberley-certified sources and thus are not involved in funding conflict.

      What is your return policy?
      To help ensure your satisfaction, we offer a very flexible return policy. Unless otherwise noted, all jewellery is refundable if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Where applicable, if you do not include the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee. Please note that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

      Do you sell Canadian diamonds?
      Yes we do. If the diamonds are Canadian, it will be noted in the description of the jewellery. As our inventory is constantly changing, you can always contact us with a specific request.
